Since 2014 we have brought in as many different Red Devon genetic lines as possible. Some old genetics from the 1960’s, imported lines from New Zealand and Australia and newer lines developed by other experienced breeders. Through rigorous selection (many animals ending up in our beef program) we have identified the top producing cows. We are pleased to work with Sunshine Genetics, one of the top facilities in the country, to produce Red Devon embryos for other breeders. We built a large part of our Red Devon herd using embryos as it is a cost effective option for producing purebred calves. Below are some embryos we currently have on hand. We have the ability to produce embryos on request that fit your specific genetic goals.
